These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and DinkSEO S.r.l., Via Galimberti 1, 80023 Caivano NA, Italy ("DinkSEO"). By purchasing a service from dinkseo.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
DinkSEO provides digital SEO services including: SEO Sprint Audit, Local Visibility, Authority Links, Rank Architecture, and Content Signals, as described on dinkseo.com at the time of purchase. All services are delivered digitally and remotely. No physical goods are supplied.
All orders are placed via dinkseo.com and payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. Prices are stated in Euros (EUR). Italian businesses with a valid P.IVA are responsible for declaring IVA correctly; contact us before purchase for properly formatted invoice documentation. Payment in full is required before work begins on Sprint (one-time) projects. Retainer services are billed monthly in advance on the agreed date.
Delivery timelines are stated in our Delivery Policy, available at dinkseo.com/delivery-policy. DinkSEO will make all reasonable efforts to deliver within stated timelines. Delays may occur if the Client fails to provide required access, information, or approvals within 5 business days of request. DinkSEO is not liable for delays caused by Client inaction.
The Client agrees to: provide accurate information about their website and business; grant required read access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 within 5 business days of project start; respond to communications within 5 business days; not undertake actions that would undermine the SEO work (e.g. mass deletion of indexed pages) without prior consultation.
Search engine rankings are determined by third-party algorithms outside DinkSEO's control. DinkSEO does not guarantee specific keyword positions, traffic volumes, or business outcomes. We guarantee the quality and quantity of deliverables as specified in the selected package.
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client owns all deliverables created specifically for their project (e.g. audit reports, content briefs, strategy documents). DinkSEO retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, templates, and tools used to produce deliverables.
Both parties agree to treat as confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement. DinkSEO will not share Client data with third parties except as required to deliver the services (e.g. Stripe for payment processing).
Momentum and Domination retainers have a 3-month minimum term. After the minimum term, either party may cancel with 30 days written notice to hello@dinkseo.com. No refund is issued for the current billing month upon cancellation. Sprint projects are non-cancellable once work has commenced.
To the maximum extent permitted by Italian law, DinkSEO's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the total amount paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the claim. DinkSEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost profits or revenue.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Naples, Italy, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
