DinkSEO delivers all services digitally and remotely. No physical goods are dispatched. Deliverables are sent by email or shared via secure cloud document links. No shipping costs apply. Geographic location does not affect delivery; we work with clients across Italy and Europe.

All projects require the Client to provide read access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4. For retainer projects, access must be granted within 5 business days of purchase. Delivery timelines start from the date access is granted, not the date of purchase. Delays caused by late access provision do not constitute a delivery failure by DinkSEO.
The Client will receive a project kick-off email within 1 business day of confirmed payment, naming the assigned specialist and outlining the next steps. Progress updates are provided at key milestones. All communication is via email (hello@dinkseo.com) or an agreed messaging channel. Response time: within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET.
If DinkSEO is unable to deliver within the stated timeline for reasons within our control, we will notify you in advance and agree a revised date. If the revised date is not acceptable, a full or pro-rata refund may be requested per our Refund Policy.
Sprint Audits include one round of clarification questions (not a full re-audit). Content Signals deliverables include one round of revisions if the Client provides feedback within 10 business days of delivery. Additional revisions are chargeable at the hourly rate of €34.70/hr.
